Shelbyville Road Plaza (389,000 square feet): 32 acre acquisition, renovation and expansion on Shelbyville Road in Louisville, Kentucky, the notable tenants of which include Nordstrom Rack, Trader Joe’s, Old Navy, Guitar Center, Cost Plus World Market, Ross Dress For Less, J.Crew and Genesis Diamonds.

Middletown Station Shopping Center (525,000 square feet): 65 acre acquisition and redevelopment on Shelbyville Road in Louisville, Kentucky. Middletown Station was formerly occupied by Biggs Hypermarket and is currently occupied by Wal-Mart, Target, Feeders Supply, Bassett Furniture, Norton Healthcare, First Watch, Buffalo Wild Wings and others. Poplar Creek Plaza (450,000 square feet): 52 acre ground up development at the northwest quadrant of I-64 and U.S. 127 in Frankfort, Kentucky, the notable tenants of which are Lowe’s, Wal-Mart, Shoe Carnival, 27,000 square feet of shops and 6 outparcels including Chili’s, O’Charley’s, Taco Bell, Steak ‘N Shake, Fazoli’s and Chevron.

TaylorHurst Shopping Center (62,000 square feet): 10 acre ground up development on S. Hurstbourne Parkway in Louisville, Kentucky, the notable tenants of which are Chuck E. Cheese, Kort Physical Therapy and Sleep Outfitters.

The Gardens at Hurstbourne (210,000 Square feet): 43 acre ground up shopping center development on South Hurstbourne Parkway in Louisville, Kentucky, the notable tenants of which are Lowe's Home Improvement and Chili's Bar & Grill and which also consisted of 40 single family lots.

Lowe’s Plaza (180,000 square feet): 20 acre ground up development on Dixie Highway in Louisville, Kentucky consisting of Lowe's (180,000 square feet), Chili's and 15,000 square feet of shops.

Sawyer Shops: 2.15 acre ground up development located near the intersection of North Hurstbourne Parkway and Westport Road in Louisville, Kentucky and is 24,000 square feet of shops.

Jeffersontown Commons (210,000 square feet): 18 acre redevelopment and joint venture with Centro Realty Trust, a New York based REIT, located on Taylorsville Road in Jeffersontown, Kentucky and is a redeveloped 168,000 square foot shopping center and new construction of a freestanding CVS Pharmacy and 30,000 square feet of new shops.

Residential/Multifamily

The Paddock at Eastpoint Apartments: 33 acre ground up multifamily development of 500 units of garden apartments on Factory Lane in Louisville, Kentucky, near the intersection of Gene Snyder Freeway and LaGrange Road.

Sawyer East End (formerly 9910 Sawyer): 25 acre ground up multifamily development of 356 garden apartments on Westport Road in Louisville, Kentucky.

Century Belmont Station (formerly Victory Knoll): 35 acre ground up development of 470 garden apartments on Ellingsworth Lane at I-64 in Louisville, Kentucky.

The Station at Middletown: 11 acre ground up multifamily development in Middletown Station Shopping Center on Shelbyville Road in Louisville, Kentucky, is contiguous to superstores of Walmart and Target and construction on 313 urban apartments concluded in 2023.

Bull Run Townhomes: 8.5 acre ground up multifamily development on Herr Lane in Louisville, Kentucky.  This development contains 72 build-for-rent townhomes. The first units arrived in April 2024 and construction concluded December 2024.

The Belle at Cedar Creek: 20 acre ground up multifamily development on Cedar Creek Road in Louisville, Kentucky. This development will contain 348 apartments and construction commenced February 1, 2025.

Providence Point: 20 acre ground up multifamily development on Herr Lane in Louisville, Kentucky, has finalized all requirements for building 501 apartments.

Sweetwater Springs: 37 acre ground up multifamily development on Blankenbaker Parkway in Louisville, Kentucky is in the development approval process for building 434 apartments on 25 acres, 12 acres of retail and 2-4 outparcels. There will be eight (8) 3-story apartment buildings and four (4) 2-story buildings will contain 36 townhomes.

Locust Creek Apartments: 27.5 acre ground up multifamily development on Shelbyville Road near the Shelby County line in Louisville, Kentucky, has completed the development approval process for building 370 apartments.

Self-Storage

Winchester Acres Self-Storage: 5 acre ground up development of 150,000 square foot facility containing both climate controlled and non-climate controlled space on Chamberlain Lane in Louisville, Kentucky contiguous to the truck entrance of the Ford Kentucky Truck Plant.
