Hagan & Hamilton was incorporated in 1989 as Hamilton Development Corporation, Inc. T/A Hagan & Hamilton. Since our inception,
our focus has been Custom Home Building. We started with several spec homes in communities in Harford County. As our
reputation of a fair, honest and quality oriented homebuilder grew so did our Custom Home business. Today we can proudly say we
have constructed over 350 Custom Residences throughout Baltimore, Harford, Howard and Montgomery Counties.
Hagan & Hamilton is owned and operated by Pat Hagan, the President and one of the founding principles. Pat started his
homebuilding career immediately following graduation from Towson University where he graduated with a bachelor of science
degree in business with a concentration in Marketing. Following graduation, Pat worked for a local national builder as service
manager and was awarded “Rookie of the Year”. After 4 years with a national builder, Pat moved on to a small local builder, fine
tuning his knowledge and learning the business side of the industry. In 1989, Hagan & Hamilton was founded.
Pat remains very hands on along with a small dedicated and hard working office and field staff. Pat oversees the entire process
from sales to completion of production. For this reason, Hagan & Hamilton intentionally limits the number of projects on going at any
given time.
Our goal is to make each and every client feel as if they are our only client. Pat’s involvement remains constant through the entire
building process.
Our follow-up and communication with our clients and vendors is second to none. Our team works tirelessly to keep our clients
informed and organized through the entire building process. Building a Custom Home requires attention to detail and the willingness
to explore any option – we meet that challenge head on with excitement and enthusiasm. We work with a team of experts from
architects to interior designers to our vendor and subcontractor forces. Many of the subcontractors employed by Hagan & Hamilton
have been with us since the early 90’s. Maintaining strong and lasting relationships within our industry allows Hagan & Hamilton to
ensure the best overall management of your project. We approach each project as a collaboration with our clients, their
representatives and our work force.
In 2001 Hagan & Hamilton started taking on select renovation and addition projects - many from our existing homeowners requesting
we come back and finish a basement, add a custom deck or a custom addition. Renovation and addition work accounts for about a
third of our work today.
