Choose Your New Home. Your design, ours, or a combination of both. We'll review ideas, and create a set of working drawings and construction specifications.

Permits. We handle all the permits. Building, mechanical, and site related.

Lot Selection. If you don't have a lot, we'll help you find one. If you already own a lot, we'll evaluate it to make sure it accomodates your house plans.

Budgeting. We price each and every home independently.

Your final budget reflects all the features you've selected for your new home. Our detailed proposal provides you the opportunity to clearly understand exactly what is included. We work with each client to "value engineer" the plan and proposal to fit your budget.

Financing. Our long-term relationship with an in-house mortgage broker allows us to help you obtain the best financing.

Simplified Process. Once construction begins, you will quickly settle into a comfortable working relationship with one of our two principals. Patrick or Scott Hagan monitors all aspects of the construction process.
