Hagan & Hamilton has added renovations and additions to our portfolio of projects. Our renovation and addition projects range from custom finished basements to custom additions to full scale custom renovations. Our approach is to partner with our clients in developing the design, specifications and budget.

Design: We will work with your existing plans and ideas or help develop your plans and ideas. Depending upon the complexity of the project, Hagan & Hamilton can offer in-house design, Cadd design or architectural design.

Specifications: Once the construction plans have been prepared, Hagan & Hamilton will prepare the project specifications. The specifications will detail all aspects of the project clearly and precisely. The detailed specifications, once approved by you, are used along with the construction plans to secure pricing for the project.

Budget: Hagan & Hamilton will prepare a detailed jobcost report and present the report to you for review. The jobcost report provides a realistic budget for each phase of construction, giving you the opportunity to clearly understand the total budget, including our fee.

Hagan & Hamilton utilizes the same subcontractors and suppliers for our Renovation/addition projects as we do for our Custom Homes. Every project is managed by one of the principles of the company from design thru completion providing you the best combination of experience, advice, quality, and service.
